...will be a trip with BISD partnering with Educational Discovery Tours, with support from the Bainbridge Band Boosters. Mr Thomas will serve as head chaperone and trip advisor. This is the first time BISD has managed the trip. Registration, payment, and trip details are anticipated soon!For reference,
Here are the trip details from 2023:Bainbridge to SeaTac
10am - meet at the BI Ferry Terminal
10:25 - Ferry to Seattle
11:00 - Walk to LINK together*
11:30 - LINK to SEATAC*
12:30 - Group Check-In at SeaTac
3:10 - Boarding
3:55 - Takeoff!
6:40 - Arrival at LAX, dinner, hotel.
*LINK and the ferries are free for youth.
SeaTac to Bainbridge
The Boosters are chartering a bus to get back to the island, as we'll be landing at SeaTac fairly late. The cost is $40 per traveller. Here's the link to pay:
We should return to BHS by midnight. Please plan for a quick pickup.

Bring money for 5 meals and any souvenirs.
EDT will provide the other meals as part of our travel fees.
Instruments & Equipment
We will be taking a UHual to California which will be carrying all of our instruments and uniforms. Please help with loading Thursday evening after our potluck at 5pm.
You'll need to have your entire uniform checked off when we load the trailer. We can't have any forgotten uniform parts....
Packing & Luggage
Everyone is allowed one carry-on bag (suitcase that fits in the overhead bins) and one small bag that fits under their seat. Checked bags are $30 each.

Park Hours: California Adventure 8am to 10pm | Disneyland 11am - 12am
Event: 7pm Studio Session in Downtown Disney, 90 minutes long, 6:00 call time
Monday 5/29
Park Hours: California Adventure 11am to 10pm | Disneyland 8am - 11pm
Event: PARADE @ 2:25pm 10 minutes, 12:30 call time, 12:10 vehicle call time
Use rest room before event meet times (no backstage restrooms)
