A class during the school day. Our advanced wind band. Audition / palcement and instructor permission only.
A class during the school day. Our intermediate wind band. Prior experience or instructor permission required.
A class during the school day. A 9-12 grade learning community for percussionists. Prior experience or instructor permission required. Solo & Ensemble is required for Percussion Ensemble.
A subsection of Jazz Band, which is a class during zero period. Our advanced big band. We have a no cuts jazz program, but this ensemble is by placement only.
A subsection of Jazz Band, which is a class during zero period. Our intermediate level big band. We have a no cuts jazz program, but all members need to be placed into an ensemble by skill and instrument.
A subsection of Jazz Band, which is a class during zero period. We have a variety of jazz combos and a New Orleans style brass band within our jazz program that everyone in jazz band also participates in.
An optional after school ensemble that meets mid-August through the end of October.
Optional, off-campus enrichment camps that require auditions and extra fees to cover costs. Auditions for honor bands happen in the fall, and the events are sprinkled throughout the rest of the year.
An optional series of chamber music recitals and competitions, starting with a preview night for regionals, and ending with a State contest.
