Lettering denotes a commitment to music at BHS.  Participation, grades, and musical achievement are all measured in our lettering application.  Students can earn one letter per year in band and / or guard.

Recognition for outstanding musicianship is a standard perk for music students around the country.  Our lettering program defines a few top honors that earn our members some special cred.
